Arizona Probate Procedure Rule 11 in Effect
In August 2012 the Supreme Court of Arizona ordered that Rule 11 of the Arizona Probate Procedure be amended stating that a judicial officer may allow telephonic appearance or appearance by any approved electronic means during any proceeding.
